Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and BTs. The role combines telehealth and in-person service delivery to support clients across settings.

You will partner with families and professionals, analyze data to inform decisions, ensure accurate documentation, and uphold privacy and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience in supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet and a private telehealth setting.
• Willingness to travel for in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.
• Deliver telehealth and in-person services based on client and program requirements.
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through direct observation, coaching, training, and constructive feedback.
• Partner with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and client progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer requirements, privacy standards, telehealth guidelines, and state regulations.
• Proactively communicate any scheduling, technology, travel, or service-related challenges.
