INTOWN SUITES in High Point, NC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while meeting safety and cleanliness standards.

Strong attention to detail, excellent guest service, and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints are essential. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines.
• Ability to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces; reach overhead.
• Ability to adapt to multiple housekeeping/laundry tasks.
• Ability to visually inspect cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash from guest rooms and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all hotel areas meet company standards.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and dining areas.
• Vacuum and wash floors as required by SOPs.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Clean exterior of rooms (siding, grills, doors, windows).
• Notify supervisors of room readiness and safety concerns.
• Restock housekeeping supplies at end of shift.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain superior customer service with guests.
