Job summary

Merry Maids is seeking team members to professionally clean customer homes using our known procedures and products. You will deliver exceptional service while maintaining a clean, organized home environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning all surfaces, moving furniture to access areas, and using supplied equipment. A positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality are essential for a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment.
• Ability to drive to various job sites.
• Ability to work around pet hair, dust and cleaning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Use Merry Maids products and procedures to clean in customer homes.
• Use provided vacuums and microfiber cloths.
• Clean all surfaces in home including fixtures, counters and floors.
• Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms.
• Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard surfaces and furniture.
• Move furniture to clean under and behind.
• Carry cleaning products and equipment to/from office, vehicle and homes.
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment.
• Contribute to a positive work climate, be in uniform, dependable and on time.
• Show respect and understanding for coworkers and customers.
