Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking motivated individuals for a flexible delivery/driver side hustle. You control how much you earn by choosing hours within client windows, with detailed training provided to maximize efficiency.

This part-time role offers a guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, competitive, productivity-based pay, paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development while you work independently.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery/collection assignments within client windows.
• Follow project criteria and ensure accurate recording of time and mileage where required.
• Maintain diligence and safety while handling items and operating the pricing app.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on processes.
