Sun Tan City is seeking team members for a high-energy retail/tanning role in Lexington, KY. Starting base pay is $12.50 per hour with performance bonuses, averaging around $15.50 per hour depending on performance. Roles offer opportunities for advancement and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining salon cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time/part-time depending on store needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs as a client.
• Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients on arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced salon environment while upholding company policies.
