The Anderson Merchandisers Sales Merchandiser role in Frisco, TX involves executing company standards to drive retailer sales and ensure client satisfaction. You will build rapport with store personnel, educate on brand features, and execute displays and resets with accuracy, reporting opportunities to the Territory Sales Lead daily.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a high school diploma.

Competenze

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 35 lbs, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing or walking.
• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance are required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, displays with accuracy according to instructions.
• Maintain accuracy and high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate daily with Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client and retailer.
