• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Recommends items for sale and handles exchanges, refunds, and rain checks as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; maintains records and stock levels.
• Assists with photo area services and web pickup responsibilities.
