Globus Medical's Bone Bank Allografts in San Antonio is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to perform human tissue processing in compliance with FDA regulations, AATB standards, and SOPs.

You will prepare tissue sections, use precision equipment to cut, shape, grind and package tissue to exact specifications, complete paperwork and data entry, maintain aseptic fields, and support room setup and waste handling while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year manufacturing experience in aseptic/sterile environment preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers; operation of cutting/drilling/routing equipment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare sections of human tissue for surgical implantation.
• Use instrumentation and equipment to evaluate, cut, shape, grind and package tissue to exacting specifications.
• Complete paperwork and perform data entry.
• Set up and breakdown of rooms; handle donor tissue aseptically; maintain sterile fields.
• Maintain supplies and equipment daily.
