Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils
• Keep dishwashing station and related areas clean
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests and coworkers
• Adhere to safety policies and food safety standards
• Ensure security of company assets
