Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Utility Worker in Honolulu to help maintain the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environments we work in. You will manage dishwashing duties, keep the three-compartment sink area tidy, and report equipment issues to management as needed.

The role requires basic sanitation knowledge, ability to follow safety procedures around hazardous chemicals, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintains dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas cleaned.
• Ensures equipment is clean and in working condition; reports any issues to management.
• Performs other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.
