• Preparing food items for cooking.
• Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Frying, baking, or cooking food items.
• Ensuring guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly.
• Assembling, wrapping, and packaging food for final assembly.
• Maintaining consistency with brand, culture, and standard of excellence.
• Tracking and monitoring product hold times to ensure quality and safety.
• Managing and maintaining inventory and equipment.
• Assisting in opening/closing procedures.
• Communicating clearly with guests and team members.
• Maintaining a sanitary and safe restaurant environment.
