The position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. On-the-job training is provided; must be 16+.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, food service, or customer service.
• On-the-job training provided for all new team members.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food products according to Krystal procedures and standards.
• Adhere to food holding times and sanitary practices.
• Package food using approved containers and bags.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and enthusiastic guest service.
• Maintain proper uniform and professional appearance.
• Follow cash-handling and security procedures.
• Communicate positively with guests, teammates, and managers.
• Support restaurant operations as part of a team.
• Keep areas clean and organized across lobby, front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen.
