Associated Students, Inc. in San Luis Obispo, CA seeks Fitness Instructors to teach a variety of classes within the Group Exercise and Instructional Class Program.

The staff develops individual lesson plans, leads sessions, supervises participants, and ensures safety and quality customer service. The role requires knowledge of anatomy and physiology, instructor certification, First Aid/CPR/AED, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, muscular function and exercise program implementation.
• First Aid, CPR and AED Certification required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and those with special needs.

Responsabilités

• Supervise class participants and lead exercise/instructional sessions.
• Develop individual lesson plans and be familiar with class formats.
• Maintain instructional area and adhere to ASI policies.
