Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food orders to meet quality standards.
• Food preparation and portioning; dressing items to order.
• Cook on the grill and operate fry station as needed.
• Package all menu items and check for quality and consistency.
• Clean up including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishes, and sanitizing areas.
