Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a flexible Research Associate in the United States (WA/Kennewick area) to collect assignments at grocery stores. You choose your own hours within client windows and receive detailed training, with earnings tied to productivity and a guaranteed hourly minimum where wage floors apply.

As a part-time team member, you’ll need reliable transportation, a valid license, and the ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in cold store environments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and complete work assignments at client stores within the set windows.
• Follow wage-floor or client guidelines and ensure accurate task completion.
• Maintain reliable schedule and communicate any delays to the supervisor.
