Job summary

Dairy Queen is hiring Crew Members/Chill Staff in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The role supports daily operations from 8am-4pm, 10am-2pm, 11am-4pm with shifts that require positive attitude and quick service.

Responsibilities include assembling and presenting orders, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining customer areas in line with health and safety standards; report to management and shift leaders. This is a flexible full-time/part-time daytime position in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, quickly and politely with coworkers to ensure correct orders are served to customers.
• Prepare treat products following health and safety standards quickly and accurately.
• Be pleasant and alert to customer needs and respond to requests.
• Operate and maintain restaurant equipment safely, including chill equipment, following health standards.
• Work as a team to ensure quality, service, cleanliness and value for each customer.
• Stock and organize the work area; move items as needed within the store to support service.
• Assist with rotation and stocking of products and prep work for the chill area.
