Addus HomeCare in Delaware is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) throughout Delaware. You will follow a care plan, assist with personal care, and support clients to live independently at home. Flexible, up to 30 hours+ per week, with immediate orientation and start dates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED or one year experience of in-home care services.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan/service plan for the client and report on completed tasks.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, meal preparation).
• Provide routine house cleaning.
• As part of the client's Health Care Team, a CNA must observe and report any changes in client's condition.
• Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider.
