Harvard Maintenance, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL is hiring a Cleaner - Floater for a full-time role with a Monday–Friday, 8-hour day schedule.

Responsibilities include cleaning of restrooms, common areas, entrances and floors, using standard cleaning equipment. Prior cleaning experience is preferred; good communication and reliability required.

Salary is USD 17.00 per hour with a benefits package including medical, dental, life, LTD and a 401K plan.

• Capable of performing physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing).

Mansioni

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Clean and maintain entrances, elevators, walkways, and floors.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub surfaces.
• Operate standard cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums).
• Follow health and safety policies and report hazards.
• Assist with spill cleanup and other related tasks.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
