Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly, engaging Starbucks experience by greeting guests and taking orders.
• Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipes and quality standards.
• Follow food safety requirements and maintain cleanliness in Starbucks space.
• Assist with in-store dining area, stock, and rotating inventory as needed.
• Support back-up cashier, order pick up, and drive-up duties when required.
