Job summary

Foot Locker, a part of the DICK'S Sporting Goods family, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our frontline team in New Jersey. You’ll engage with customers, build looks, and deliver a high-energy store experience that reflects sneaker culture.

You’ll drive sales, assist with daily tasks, and support online order fulfillment while maintaining store standards and safety. Join us to help shape experiences that connect communities through sport and style.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
