Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer in a dynamic, client‑facing role. You will be responsible for patrolling designated areas, monitoring for safety concerns, and responding to incidents.

The position offers flexibility via a shift-pickup platform and potential irregular shifts with little notice. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license if driving, and a background/drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Must be 18+ (21 if armed) and capable of post assignments.
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and observe surroundings.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire department as needed.
• Deter loitering, provide entry controls, and observe entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents, file clear reports, and maintain logs.
