Job summary

OhioHealth seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide home health services with autonomy and collaboration in patient care. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, managing a flexible schedule and coordinating with providers to support meaningful outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Licensed OT in the State of Ohio.
• Driver's License only if assigned to Home Care department.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients after physician referral.
• Develop and implement plans of care based on evaluation findings.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge plans with the team.
• Supervise COTA and rehab technicians; participate in quality assurance.
• Attend multidisciplinary patient care meetings and advocate for patient safety.
