Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Valid, unrestricted Michigan Occupational Therapist license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of automobile insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• HIPAA compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one in-home Occupational Therapy services.
• Develop and maintain patient care plans and progress notes.
• Coordinate with patients, families, and care teams to optimize outcomes.
