As a CNA, you will care for seniors and those with illnesses at home, assist with daily activities, monitor vitals, and work with a team of nurses to follow care plans. NC CNA certification and high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Nursing Assistant Certification in NC required.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with illnesses in patients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, nutrition and hygiene.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range-of-motion exercises.
• Check vitals and document changes; report issues to supervising nurse.
