Job summary

Summit Home Care is seeking a Flexible Home Health Aide to provide personalized weekend care in clients' homes. You will perform ADLs, including bathing, grooming, meal prep, and mobility support, while delivering compassionate companionship.

The role offers part‑time or per diem schedules with weekend shifts. Travel within a 35‑mile radius is required, and CNA certification or hands‑on experience is essential to join our dedicated caregiving team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience or active CNA license.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs like dressing, grooming, meal prep, and ambulation.
• Provide personal care visits including bathing and hygiene.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to improve client well‑being.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors about changes or concerns.
