Job summary

EmmUcare Home Health provides non-skilled, non-medical home care and does not require nursing or prior healthcare experience. We train and support caregivers to confidently care for clients in Claysburg PA and surrounding communities.

Caregivers are matched to client needs, availability, location, and ability to travel; opportunities include day, evening, and weekend shifts with both full-time and part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and professional approach to care.
• Ability to follow an individualized care plan.
• Willingness to complete onboarding and training.
• Effective communication with clients and care team.
• Transportation to client homes when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Provide mobility support and incontinence assistance.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and do light housekeeping/laundry.
• Run errands and provide approved transportation.
• Provide medication reminders.
