EmmUcare Home Health in New Berlin, PA is seeking Home Health Aides to provide non-medical in-home care. You will assist with personal care, mobility, companionship, and daily activities, supporting clients to stay safe and independent at home.

No prior caregiving experience is required; training is provided, and onboarding helps you get started quickly. Flexible scheduling includes days, evenings, and weekends, with options for full-time or part-time positions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion and professionalism in client interactions.
• Able to follow an individualized care plan.
• Willing to complete onboarding and training.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and the care team.
• Transportation to client homes as required for assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and dressing.
• Support mobility and incontinence as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Run errands and provide approved transportation; remind about medications.
