Job summary

Right at Home in Williamsburg, IA is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes. Training provided, competitive pay, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• High school degree and/or a GED is required.
• Six months experience as an HHA/PCA in health care and completion of a state-approved course.
• Home Health Aide competency evaluation meeting state licensing requirements.
• Must read/write/speak English for job.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, grooming).
• Provide support with ambulation, meals, dressing, and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and assist in kitchen as needed.
• Follow nurse-tac and care plans; assist with devices and ROM exercises.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient condition as directed.
