Qualifications

• Have a compassionate and professional approach to care.
• Follow an individualized care plan as directed by the care team.
• Be willing to complete required onboarding and training.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the care team.
• Have transportation to client homes when required for an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, hygiene, and dressing assistance.
• Assist with mobility and incontinence support as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare meals and assist with basic meal planning.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks as requested.
• Run errands and provide approved transportation.
• Provide medication reminders as directed.
