Nova Leap Home Health - Southwest Florida in Naples, FL is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. The role covers one-on-one home care, personal assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation support with a focus on client safety and dignity.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and ongoing learning. If you have at least a year as an HHA/CNA and a valid driver’s license, you could be a great fit for our flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA.
• Strong English language skills with good spoken/reading comprehension.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation.
• Compassionate, supportive demeanor, especially with complex clients.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Observe and enforce health and safety standards.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one home-care setting and eager to learn.

Responsabilités

• Engagement: walks, outings, games, crafts, meals, shopping, and conversation.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, trash, mail.
• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Organized: medication and appointment reminders.
• Safe driver: assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
