Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides/CNAs to provide one-on-one support to adult clients in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Flexible full-time and part-time day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, and training programs are offered for those with no prior experience.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $18–$25 per hour, plus benefits, weekly pay, PTO, referral bonuses, scholarships, and 24/7 clinical support.

Qualifications

• Direct Home Care experience is required for HHA. CNAs must hold a current or expired CNA license from any state. Nursing Students must have completed the medical-surgical 1 clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Help with bathing and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and nail care.
• Perform Range of Motion exercises and assist with ambulation.
• Support transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Handle home management tasks like laundry and meal preparation.
