Rhythms Home Care is hiring a Caring Home Care Provider to visit clients across Denver on a part-time basis. Starting pay ranges from $20.20 to $21.80 per hour, with a structured progression for levels and advancement.

Hours vary by client assignments, offering flexible scheduling though not guaranteed. The role emphasizes personal care, companionship, and assisting with daily living activities in clientsf homes, under policies and client plans.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months experience in adult day, healthcare or home care serving senior adults preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English; excellent customer service skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care services per policies and client plan of care.
• Observe and maintain safe home environment for clients.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, mobility.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Document services and report changes to supervisor.
