Job summary

Addus HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN Home Health visits across the Richmond area. You will enable patients to stay independent at home, perform supervisory visits, and coordinate with Case Managers.

Enjoy a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, self scheduling, and no weekends or holidays. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure; ability to travel locally in your own vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
