Job summary

HiHealthCare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time and per diem positions in Hawaii. In this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, manage medication and treatment plans, and support patients' health education. Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in Hawaii and at least one year of nursing experience. The position allows for flexible scheduling and offers competitive compensation along with excellent benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year nursing experience; home care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with a patient’s individualized care plan.
• Conduct home visits to assess patient health and home environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document changes in patient condition.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health maintenance and disease management.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety protocols.
