Job summary

Help at Home, the nation’s leading provider of in-home support to seniors, is hiring in your community for a Home Care Aide. Pay ranges from $18.75 to $21.00 per hour, with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients in their homes, helping with light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and transportation to appointments. HS diploma or GED or 1 year caregiving experience is required; CNA welcome.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of previous experience as a caregiver
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying your clients to appointments
