Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home support for seniors in their own homes. You will assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, grooming, meals, and accompany clients to appointments.

We offer flexible scheduling, pay from $18.75 to $21.00 per hour, health benefits, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, direct deposit, and opportunities for professional development. CNA certification is encouraged but not required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or 1 year caregiver experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• CNA certification encouraged
• Commitment to professional development and state-required training

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments
