Job summary

Care Planning Institute, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to assist an elderly male Veteran in his home in Bessemer, MI. The role includes help with bathing, dressing, grooming and walking to maintain independence.

This long-term position offers 13 hours per week with a flexible schedule and a total pay of $22/hour ($18 base + $4 bonus). A background check and TB skin test are required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience required.
• We can train on the specifics of the job.
• TB test required if not current.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly client with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking to stay independent at home.
• Follow agreed schedule and report any changes to the supervisor.
