Addus HomeCare is hiring Home Care Aides in Illinois. This entry-level role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours to fit your personal needs, and a path to a meaningful career in home care with a growing, innovative employer.

Starting wage is $18.75 per hour plus travel reimbursement. Eligible employees and their dependents may receive SEIU Home Care Fund health insurance, a retirement plan after 6 months, and paid time off. Daily pay is available for select positions.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality expected.
• Two references (one professional, one personal) required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep assistance.
• Transport client to appointments and errands as needed.
