Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Home Care Aides to provide in-home support to seniors in our community. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, assisting with daily living tasks while prioritizing safety, independence, and dignity.

This role offers hourly pay from $18.75 to $21.00, with benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and flexible direct deposit or cash card options. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or 1 year caregiver experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete state-required training.
• CNA certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals.
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments.
