Job summary

Sunny Days of California, Inc. seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home-based pediatric physical therapy under the Parent Coaching Model. You will assess infants and toddlers, implement plans, and coach families in strategies to support developmental goals.

Qualifications

• DPT license required for licensure in California.
• Pediatric experience in early intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide PT services under the Parent Coaching Model.
• Follow IFSPs and collaborate with families to reach developmental goals.
• Use family-centered coaching to build caregiver confidence and generalize progress.
• Deliver services in the child’s natural environment—home, daycare, or community settings.
