Job summary

Caregiver Services Inc., a Help at Home company, is seeking Florida-licensed HHAs/CNAs to provide private duty care in clients' homes. You choose assignments based on availability and location within Hastings, FL and surrounding communities.

This 1099 opportunity requires CPR, English communication, and compliance with Florida licensing and training rules. You’ll be independent, responsible for taxes, and can earn a starting pay of $15 per hour with a bonus structure and 24/7 support.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate with 40 hours of training.
• Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing.
• Valid government-issued ID.
• Completion of state-required training.
• Florida Level 2 background screening through AHCA.
• Ability to perform the services required for assignments accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care per client plan of care.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Meal preparation and mealtime assistance.
• Safe mobility and transfers as needed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry support.
• Observe and report changes in client condition.
