Job summary

Acute Home Healthcare is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to deliver compassionate, in-home care in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and help develop individualized care plans with our clinical team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Proof of car insurance
• Valid CNA license and/or HHA certificate
• Up-to-date CEU's
• CPR
• English speaking (Required) and Bilingual (preferred)
• Home Healthcare experience preferred
• HHA Certificate 75 Hours (Required) or CNA Certificate/License

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized in-home care to patients
• Assist with daily living activities and monitor overall well-being
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
