Integral Resources, LLC, a TargetSmart company, is seeking enthusiastic fundraisers to generate donations for democratic candidates and causes. On a typical shift, fundraisers use a script to influence donors, process credit card gifts, and work with Coaches to increase success.

A successful fundraiser must be friendly, persuasive, patient, and calm when dealing with aggressiveness or complaints.

Qualifications

• Friendly and persuasive attitude on calls.
• Patience and composure when dealing with donors and complaints.
• Clear and effective communication with donors.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective donors.
• Use scripts to provide information about candidates or causes.
• Record donor information accurately in the system.
• Code calls correctly in the system.
