Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position at our Englewood, NJ location. You will provide PT services under supervision, assess patients, and help coordinate care within a SNF/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements and ensure required physician orders are current.
