Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant - FT to join our growing team. Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program is required.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are obtained and up to date.
