Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. Independent contractors will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing regular visits to ensure product presentation and brand consistency.

Visits are one hour each, twice per month, with flexible scheduling. Immediate start dates available upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audit, followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
