Job summary

BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, seeks a full-time float Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedic care across southern Delaware clinics (Lewes, Milford, Millsboro, Seaford). You’ll deliver patient-centered, evidence-based therapy, cover PTO gaps, and grow through mentorship and Upstream programs.

This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a clear path to professional growth within a national network focused on quality outcomes and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Delaware Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for your patients.
• Deliver high-quality, outcomes-driven therapy across multiple clinics to provide coverage for PTO, medical leaves, and staffing gaps.
• Collaborate with peers in a fun, values-driven team environment.
• Build lasting connections with patients and local providers.
