Concentra, Inc is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Float for the US-TX-Arlington area. This full-time role covers Concentra centers in Fort Worth, Arlington, and Burleson, offering a base salary plus a float travel stipend and bonus incentives.

The role requires PA license, PANCE, and experience in occupational medicine or urgent care. Expect diverse clinic coverage and strong patient care commitments across multiple sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field from an accredited college or university.
• Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• PANCE certification is required.
• Current PA license in the employing state and in accordance with practice laws.
• Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform medical assessments for patients across multiple clinics.
• Examine patients, gather medical history and exam results.
• Order or administer diagnostic tests (x-ray, EKG, labs).
• Develop and implement patient management plans and follow-up.
• Provide patient education and counseling on treatment regimens.
• Ensure accurate documentation and quality assurance of medical records.
