RDSolutions is seeking flexible, independent contractors for delivery/data-collection work in Plymouth, Indiana. You choose when you work and how much you earn, with initial training provided.

Enjoy a guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, plus paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with the ability to download the company pricing app and receive work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures near grocery store refrigerators/freezers.

Responsibilities

• Collect data/loads at assigned stores per preplanned routes.
• Follow training to achieve maximum efficiency in each store visit.
