Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Georgia to support store projects with flexible schedules. No experience required; you can work within the store's open hours and adjust your shifts around study times.

A casual dress code and on-site work are expected as you complete assigned tasks. As a part-time team member, you will receive training, a guaranteed minimum with upside based on performance, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and projects for stores within scheduled windows.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and drive time/mileage reimbursement.
• Represent the company professionally, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
